What comes to your mind when you think of jewellery? For a man, the word comes with its share of scare. I prefer not openly admiring these intricate pieces of art and craftsmanship in order not to get bankrupt. So though I can stop my wife from buying jewellery, I can't deter her from swooning over them!

Last Saturday ie yesterday she got the invite for the launch of Tia Jewels. As expected, she was very excited. As it was in Gurgaon, I could not let her go alone. Also how can I ever escape from the duty of being her photographer? We got quite late as we both got stuck at our hospital. Anyways we left at half past four and finally made it there after two hours.

The ambiance was awesome. We were welcomed by Neha, who invited us and Shallu Jain,the talented designer of Tia jewels.We were immediately smitten by all the bling around.
We learnt that Tia jewels is about premium diamond jewelry with international standards ie GH colour and 100% certified and Hallmark Jewellery..Designer Polki Jewellery at a very competent price for the first time in Delhi. The notion that I should flee at the mention of jewelry vanished out of my mind when I saw the price tags. They are a perfect combination of craftsmanship and value for money.
 
My wife went crazy over trying them on herself while I managed to capture those beautiful pieces. Tia jewels are for real women so there is no celebrity brand ambassador. That is why the brand was unveiled by the Director of Cloud Nine Hospital , Sr Gynaecologist Dr Witty Raina along with other epitomes of strength, style and sophistication, yeah, The Modern Women. The event was also graced by renowned Dental Surgeon, Dr Kriti Akroili, Dr Shaguna Mahajan, famous pediatrician, Anju Anand owner of Bella Vita ( Makeup and Salon studio), Neha (Manager in Genpact), Shivani Gupta ( Principal of Bal Bhawan Play School) and Leena Thukral ( Principal of Leens Nestling) and other examples of excellence and honor.
 

There was an art wall too where beautiful canvas paintings were displayed. So it was a feast for the eyes...a wide spread of exquisite jewelry as well as beautiful paintings. Though our meet was short, it was absolutely worth going all the way to Gurgaon!

A day in my life in Bewakoof.com Joggers and T-shirt

Just because I travel so much, most of the people who don't know me feel that my life is easy. But what they don't understand is that in order to arrange money for travelling, I work freaking hard. I can't even take off on Sundays. However I can wear comfortable casuals on weekends thankfully. Recently I came across Bewakoof.com and really liked their wide range of casuals. I chose a cool pair of denim jeans and a cobalt blue T-shirt . The T shirt spoke my mind: Gotta Move On! Usually my Sundays start very early...I know I don't have the privilege to sleep in. I play cricket and am part of the Delhi Medical Association cricket team. Our matches are held every Sunday, at seven in the morning. So this Sunday too I left at six in the morning to play.
